This is commonly used for soup and jollof
rice to give them a reddish flavor and fresh look. It is mostly used by
Nigerians especially the Yorubas. It is the most widely used pepper originally spelt as
"tatase" but now referred to as "tatashey"
This is suitable for stew and sauce. It can also be added as salad
ingredients when de-seeded.
It is also called Pilipili Hoho as well as red bell pepper
